Our Foundation: Cher's Puppies

Cher had one litter of puppies with Shilstone Charlie Charcoal (Charlie).

The one boy, Fraser, lived a long and happy life as a family companion. The three girls (Dana, Thistle, and Gracie) all went on to become champions in their own right and to continue the bloodline by producing some beautiful puppies.

Dana (CH Tolkien Fast Forward at Raintree HIC)

Dana is a sweet loving girl. She has produced many lovely pups, helping to continue the wonderful temperaments and Beardie qualities that we love. Dana lives in retirement with Lesley Woodcock and Bob Lamm in NJ.

Gracie (CH Showstopper Dark Moon Rising)

Gracie produced a litter of puppies with Chip (CH/HC/WTCH Britannia Chip Thrills MX AJX UDX ASCA-CDX HRDIIIs CGC TDI MV ROM ROMAX). Mac, Mira, and Murphy came from that litter, and Murphy went on to become a US champion as well as a terrific herding dog. Mira earned a Canadian championship. Mac is Sadie's grandfather and Fiona's great-grandfather, and he loves to entertain.

Gracie is living in North Carolina helping to bring up two adorable little girls.

Thistle (CH Tolkien Thistlewool)

Thistle had one litter of pups with CH Raintree Ha'Penny Behaving Badly (Skyler). She had 5 living pups, all delightful! Maddie lives with us and is our "class clown". The others have great homes and are quite busy taking care of their families.

Thistle is now living in retirement with her son Lovejoy up in Belfast, being spoiled by Bill and Cathy Pollari, Lionel the Bouvier, and the cats.
